Estimates & pricing

Pricing shown in our guides and on the site is general information, not a quote or a binding offer. All repair work is confirmed with a written estimate before we begin, and we will discuss any changes before performing additional work.

Appointments & booking

Online booking is a request for service. We confirm availability directly with you. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule so we can serve other customers.

Warranty

Qualifying repairs are backed by our 5yr / 50,000-mile warranty. Specific warranty coverage, terms, and exclusions are provided in writing at the time of service and govern in the event of any conflict with general statements on this site.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, our messaging practices, including how to get help (HELP) and unsubscribe (STOP), are described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Chapman's Automotive and may not be copied or reused without permission.
